Jingtu Wellness & Spa B&B operatesas a Bed & Breakfast. The accommodation is offered exclusively forshort-term holiday and wellness stays. Commercial use or sub-letting is notpermitted without prior written consent.
Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject toavailability. Access is provided by personal welcome. The dates of your bookingcannot be changed without our written approval.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults per room unlessotherwise agreed. Visitors are not allowed without prior consent from themanagement. For safety and insurance reasons, exceeding the maximum occupancyis strictly prohibited.
To confirm your booking, payment must bemade through one of the accepted methods: Credit Card / PayPal / SEPA / iDeal.Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment has been received in full.
In the rare case of cancellation by us(e.g., due to force majeure), 100% of payments made will be refunded.
More than 6 weeks before arrival: 50% ofthe deposit will be refunded. Within 6 weeks before arrival: no refund will bemade. We recommend travel and cancellation insurance. Depending on thesituation, we may offer a voucher for a future stay.
A refundable security deposit of €35 must be paid 2 weeks before arrival. This amount will be refunded after check-out,provided that the room and facilities are left in good condition. Any costs forrepair, replacement or special cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Ifthe key of the room is misplaced, €25 will be charged.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guestsmust provide valid identification prior to arrival. Copies of passports or IDsmust be submitted via our online check-in form.
We ensure that all rooms and facilities areclean, well-maintained and meet normal comfort standards upon arrival. Smokingand pets are not allowed. No loud noise, parties, or disturbances arepermitted. The use of wellness facilities is at your own risk. We cannot acceptliability for personal injury, loss or damage of personal belongings, or eventsoutside our control.
Bed linen and towels are provided,including wellness/spa towels. Please use spa towels only in the wellness areaor pool. Stained or damaged linen will be charged as follows:
- Bath towel: €20
- Spa towel: €15
- Bed linen set: €60
Additional cleaning may be charged (€30) if the room is left in an unreasonablecondition.
Guests agree to respect the property andits shared areas. No rearranging of furniture or removal of decorative items.Use all facilities according to posted guidelines. Keep doors closed for safetyand to prevent insects.
Guests must vacate the room by the agreeddeparture time. At check-out, please leave the room tidy and return allborrowed items. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Any special requests must be made inwriting prior to arrival and are subject to confirmation.
Use of wellness facilities (spa, sauna,massages, etc.) is entirely at your own risk. Please consult a physician beforeusing spa treatments if you have any medical conditions.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Guest details are used solely for booking,billing, and legal registration purposes. There are safety cameras on the promises.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
